The Public Relations Committee is a made up of four worker/owners who are elected every year. If you have questions pertaining to any of the following areas, please email publicrelations (at) rainbow (dot) coop.
PR Committee responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Our website, social media, and online presence
Advertising
Publications and materials distributed on Coop premises
Political or informational campaigns on Coop premises
Promoting events, news and the ideals of the healthy living and foods movement
Any filming or photography of the store
Store tours and interviews, workshops and classes
Press releases related to Rainbow Grocery Cooperative
Helping on any political campaigns related to food and healthy living
Community outreach and participation in community events
Helping create and produce fun stuff, such as parties and events for the public (and sometimes workers too!)
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Rainbow’s Public Relations Committee will not be accepting incoming requests for sponsorship. This is due to the committee’s sponsorship work has been deemed ‘non-essential’ to the operations of Rainbow. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
